Phakic IOL

Phakic Intra-Ocular Lens is a special kind of IOL implanted in the eye to correct moderate to severe myopic (nearsightedness) in patients who cannot do LASIK or other refractive surgeries. It placed between the Cornea and the natural lens, which remains permanently in place during surgery.
